Rockwell

Seattle-based artist, Jodi Rockwell was born in Michigan in 1969, where she marveled at the extreme weather patterns caused by the Great Lakes. Clay was introduced to her in college and she continued her study at Michigan State University, California State University Long Beach, and the University of Washington, earning an MFA in 2001. Her work has been shown at Koplin Del Rio Gallery, KOBO Gallery, Kirkland Arts Center Gallery, SOIL Artist Collective, The Whatcom Museum, The Henry Art Gallery, The Lab Gallery in Manhattan, and Bumbershoot Arts Festival. Rockwell has an extensive background as an educator and co-founded Rockland Artist Residency with her partner. She is a mother of two teenagers who keep her guessing.
